Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso
A delicious and easy instant coffee recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water (1 cold, 1 warm)
- A couple handfuls of ice
- A couple pinches of cinnamon
- Milk (for topping)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine instant coffee, brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water (start with 1 cold tablespoon and mix, then add 1 warm tablespoon to help dissolve).
- Add a couple handfuls of ice to the shaker.
- Add a couple pinches of cinnamon.
- Shake aggressively until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and chilled.
- Pour into a glass and add some milk on top.
Notes
Use a french press to froth the milk for a better texture.
